Firstly you need to heat the oven up to 170 Celsius and then line up 5 trays with baking paper. After that, you need to mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Cream together the butter and sugars until it is fluffy. Then add the egg and vanilla extract, put the mixer on low and add the dry ingredients in 3 lots. Make the size balls of the dough and place them on the baking paper, keep them wide apart so that they don’t stick with each other.
